Our assessment framework, inspired by the benefits of sustainable innovation and grounded in current legislation, provides the tools necessary to achieve these goals in the realm of responsible AI.

Based in Denver, Colorado, we serve clients around the world who are committed to building a future where AI benefits everyone. Three Circles AI Founder and CEO, Michelle Garcia, has decades of policy and innovation strategy experience with the Mayors' offices in Denver and Los Angeles. She has worked in private industry and with national nonprofits in corporate social responsibility and AI governance, and was hired to implement first-of-its-kind regulation as the Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Policy Director for the State of Colorado. Michelle graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, before obtaining her Master of Public Policy at UCLA with a dual focus on Labor and Employment and Science and Technology, along with a Master of Data Science at the University of Denver. In the last year, Michelle has completed the AI Safety Fundamentals and AI Alignment Certificates through Blue Dot Impact and the University of Cambridge. Recently, Michelle accepted advisory positions with the University of San Francisco Strategic AI Program and University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business Customer Experience Certificate Program.
